The City of Ballarat are seeking an enthusiastic individual to

undertake a leadership position in our Customer Service Team.

You will have a demonstrated commitment to the principles and

practices of teamwork, whilst striving to make an individual

contribution to the organisation.

A sound knowledge of the management of Customer Service

Centres/Call ????? ????? contemporary trends in customer

service would be desirable.

You will have demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop and

implement processes to improve service quality,

efficiency and team culture.

This is a temporary, full-time position with an attractive salary to

be negotiated with the successful applicant, commensurate

with the candidate’s experience.
