Commander Centre Ballarat is a growing vibrant team
committed to excellence in the business communications
field. We provide sales and support of business
telecommunication and IT products to the local area with
the support of a National Company.
Due to high growth in the last few months a new position
has become available for a trainee administration clerk/
receptionist to assist our sales and technical teams with a
start date of mid January. We are looking for someone
who is reliable, well presented, able to work unsupervised
and has a great sense of humour to fit into our friendly
team. This role is a full time position (Mon-Fri) with
opportunity for advancement.
Reporting to the office manager your role will involve:
- General Office Administration
- Sales and tech team support
- Reception
- Customer liaison and follow up
- Filing and archiving
Essential skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
- Strong PC usage skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Well organised with high attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction and learn
- Ability to work with other team members
- Desire to contribute to success of the team
