Having built a thriving practise with a team of professionals who are supported by a team of administrative staff, the clinic manager is seeking to retire. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who either has some managerial experience or who aspires to manage their own clinic.
Active Hearing ????? ????? is a busy and established clinic (no visiting sites) and offers the opportunity to be exposed to a broad range of audiology, including adult audiology assessment and rehabilitation programs for private and government funded patients.
The clinic runs like a well - oiled machine with no staff turnover. Procedures, marketing and accounting support is well established and ongoing. Compliance to OHS standards are paramount as is customer care. As a (practising) clinician managing the clinic, you will have the responsibility for the day to day administrative, marketing and staff management.
Attendance to annual conferences, professional membership fees, ongoing training in addition to subsidised further study assistance are all on offer for the successful candidate. A given is a very lucrative salary and bonus structure as well as relocation and rental assistance.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be eligible to register with the Audiologist Society of Australia as is your eligibility for OHS provider number.
