CHEF - Sous or Senior Chef de Partie & 4th year Apprentice
The Cooks Larder Avalon [Cafe, Foodstore, Cooking School] requires the following to join our team.
SOUS CHEF: Must have solid breakfast, lunch and dinner experience. Must be capable of producing consistently high quality food in a high volume environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential. 3 days, 2 nights - No split shifts. Position would suit senior Chef de Partie looking to step up.
4th Year Apprentice: Great attitude and team skills are essential for this position. Broad experience in all areas of the kitchen would be advantageous.
