To expand their capability in operations and maintenance, an innovative Learning & Development adviser is required on-site.  You will coordinate, maintain and deliver operational learning and development initiatives, build relationships with operational staff, maintain operational training plans and budgets and provide reporting.
 
Coming from a power plant operational role and moving into a learning & development capacity you will have a proficient knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance activities and the ability to deliver this knowledge in structured training modules.
