Well established in the consulting industry this global organisation is internationally renowned for its environmental and engineering ????? ?????. Specialists in geotechncial engineering, environmental science and resource management, waste disposal, dams, water supply, tunnelling, coastal and port engineering ????? ?????.
They have experience and resources to take a project from inception, through detailed investigation, design, construction and commissioning.
Currently they require a qualified Hydrologist with significant postgraduate experience in Hydrology and/or Hydraulic design to work. Youll be working with an established Water Resources team and have knowledge of some or all of the following:
- Analysis & design of off/on river dams, hydro-electric power & stormwater projects locally & offshore
- Competent in hydrological analysis, catchment run-off modelling for design of hydraulic structures
- Experience in water treatment design
- Skilled in using TIDEDA or Hilltop software
- Experience with other hydrological software such as HYDSTRA, HEC-HMS & in hydraulic modelling such as HEC-RAS, MIKE URBAN and/or MOUSE
In addition youll need to hold an engineering ????? ????? relevant science degree with over 5 years of postgraduate experience predominantly in hydrology & hydraulics. Experience in water resource development projects in NZ is essential.
