The role of Regional Manager is a Senior Management position reporting direct to the GM. You will lead and motivate a strong team of over 100 staff including Branch Managers, Contract Managers and project staff. This role requires vision, business management, relationship building, full financial responsibility and accountability and a thorough understanding of the local market and local contacts.

You will ideally be in a similar role within the civil construction market and have a solid background in project management but then stepped up into a leadership position and are responsible for the strategic direction of your business. Your communication, networking and commercial skills will be first class and you will be able to manage, motivate and lead other managers to deliver exceptional results.
