We are currently assisting a local interiors (retail) construction contractor to boost their existing interiors team. They are looking very strong for the remainder of 2009 and with other projects coming on line, the outlook is positive for 2010.
They require a senior quantity surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running. You will need to be comfortable taking projects from the tender stage all the way through to completion and the final accounts. Ideally you will have gained your experience here in New Zealand, working in the interiors arena. You would have acquired some strong retail experience during ????? ????? and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a small team and help drive the company forward in 2010.
To be considered for this position, you will need a –

· Interiors background (retail)
· Superb IT skills

· An ability to build relationships
· Multi-tasking ability
