Operating within Australia, NZ and UK, our client is a specialist agency that provides a wide range of building maintenance services to their customers. They are currently offering ????? ????? to join their organisation on a training program to learn various areas of the business including, estimating, field maintenance, marketing, management and general operations.
Over the next 12 months, you will partner with a mentor to develop a thorough understanding of the maintenance program and a typical day can see you being involved with
- site visits to perform risk assessments and project estimations,
- organise sub contractors,
- facilitate staff payroll,
- preparing ????? ?????.
Once your training program is successfully completed, you may be offered an opportunity in a national or state based position.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following:
- Have recently completed a Bachelor of Business degree or currently completing
• Have recently completed a trades apprenticeship or have 1-3 years Australian experience within either building, painting or construction
• Demonstrate an ability to learn and be self motivated
• Have strong communication skills both written and oral
