Commercial Property Manager
Looking to join a strong South Australian brand with a leading presence in the Adelaide Commercial Property Management market?
If so, an opening currently exists for an established Property Manager (preferably with Commercial experience) to join an experienced team with a track record of success ranging from transactional solutions through to strategic advisory services.

This position will provide you the support of an assistant to manage the following:
- Helping both property and business owners to increase profitability and to relieve the financial burden of being a commercial property owner from the landlord
- Maintaining positive relationships with tenants
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of Commercial Properties
- Conducting frequent inspections to make sure all regulations are being met, assessing any problems and taking necessary measures to resolve any problems
- Maintaining Financial Records, ensuring ????? ????? paid on time and expenses are recorded appropriately
- Writing and enforcing lease arrangements or changes in rental agreements to the book keeping and other financial aspects
To be successfully appointed to this position you will need to:
- Demonstrate success in your career in Industrial &/or Commercial Lease Negotiations and Property Management of between 1-5 years+ and to have completed numerous property transactions within Australia
- Show superior written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate excellent initiative and have high levels of energy and drive in all you do
- Confirm your attainment of an appropriate qualification (eg Cert IV - Real Estate)
You may also be looking at coming out from a Residential Sales or Residential Property Management environment and moving into a Commercial Property Management Environment, in which case your experience in the residential environment would be taken into account.
There is competitive remuneration offered with a highly-experienced candidate offered a superior Base Salary and Super Neg to $80k plus attractive quarterly bonus structure.
Ideally you will be available for an immediate start, after finalising any required notice period in your current role. However considerations to start date will be provided under certain circumstances.
