They currently require an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic, professional team at their centre in Sydney’s West. Conveniently located close to the M4, M2 and M7 as well as public transport, this centre has recently undergone a massive redevelopment and now boasts over 280 specialty retailers and a unique entertainment and dining precinct.
This is a great opportunity to express your creativity as you will be given a large budget and freedom and flexibility in developing a strategic marketing plan. It is up to you to help build the profile of this shopping centre.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a strategic Marketing Plan and Budget including positioning and branding strategies
- Closely analysing the key performance indicators of the asset including traffic, sales and PR
- Building strong relationships with retailers
- Monitoring your competitors and ensuring you maintain a point of difference
- Managing all aspects of PR for the Centre
- Rolling out campaigns with clearly defined objectives – measuring the ROI - then analysing ways for improvement
- Developing and delivering a strategic community program that will build strong and sustainable relationships
- Developing and training staff
To be considered for this role you need…..
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience as a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager
- A strong understanding of the Retail industry
- Strong leadership and the ability to manage others
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
