Senior Commodity Structure - Singapore

 

My client, a leading global trading house, is looking to hire a senior structured commodity financier to head up their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities of this role will include: Visiting key clients and assessing their needs, coming up with creative solutions to provide risk mitigation and liquidity management-Working with clients across the supply chain-Originating, structuring ????? ????? various funding solutions including syndicated transactions, pre-export finance, toll finance, asset based finance etc-Managing a medium-sized team of originators, structures and analysts; motivating the team to achieve and exceed revenue based targets

Key skills and profile that applicants need: 5-8 years` experience in structured commodity financing; at least 3 years` experience in a similar role-Working closely with the risk team to gain risk approvals for complex or landmark transactions and also core business transactions-Experience acting as the interface between legal and compliance teams, risk teams, clients, banking counterparties, insurance companies and brokers-Overseeing the preparation of documentation and marketing materials.
