This is a leading BPO working with many of the Fortune 500 organisations being included on the list themselves. The organisation is continuously growing and expanding on client services. They are dynamic, pro-active and lead the way in customer service and satisfaction. They are currently seeking a Senior HR professional ideally with BPO experience and ideally exposure to LPO. This is a generalist HR role and will cover areas from recruitment & retention to compensation, L&D, operations and strategy. It is essential you have the ability to work across international borders working closely with colleagues to implement both regional and local HR strategies. Additional to an internal focus you will often liaise with clients and represent the company to existing & perspective clients as such communication and a strong presence is required. Philippines HR experience is a requirement.
