URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

A major oil and gas company in Vietnam is seeking the expertise of a SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER with strong background experience in FEED and detailed design of offshore platform projects. You will be employed on a 1 year renewable contract for a 2 year project. You will be based in the Design Office with visits to the Fabrication Site. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A FEED AND DETAILED DESIGN BACKGROUND, COUPLED WITH FABRICATION SITE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!

Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to work on single status.

Requirements

• B Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas engineering ????? ????? oil and gas platform and pipeline projects
• Experience and knowledge of relevant software
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Prepare Piping Work Instructions
• Perform engineering ????? ?????, FEED and detail design and calculation. Initiates and reviews material lists, data sheets, specifications and design reports
• Initiate and review enquiry, evaluates quotations and prepares bid technical tabulations and recommendation
• Provides technical assistance on site during ????? ?????, hook up, commissioning and start up as required
• Function as lead piping engineer when nominated by engineering ????? ?????/ section head
• Technically Assist commercial department in project bidding, procuring ????? ?????, materials and services relating Piping discipline
• Perform other related piping engineering ????? ????? required Engineering ????? ?????
• Training and development of Piping Engineering ????? ?????
