Our client is a leading Multi Discipline Construction Consultancy with offices across Asia and Europe. They have a long term relationships with many of their clients and successfully delivered projects across all industries from Industrial to Hospitality.
We have a successful long term relationship with this client which over the years has seen us place a number of key players into the organization.
Due to this continued success, we are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager with a strong focus on the pre construction process to run a New Build, Mixed Use development in Vietnam.
As the successful applicant, you will, amongst other duties, manage all phases of the high rise building from pre-construction to commissioning, develop and maintain the project cost plan and manage costs, contracts and tenders, ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the project.
You will also have experience in leading multi cultural teams, excellent client liaison skills and a proven record of successfully delivering large high rise developments.
Previous experience working in multicultural teams in Asia and other overseas postings would be highly advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience in contract management, safety and quality assurance
Excellent written an verbal communication skills
Ability to take desisive action and manage complexities of large scale high rise projects
A through knowledge of the lifecycle of a project from conception to completion
