Our client is a leading Multi Discipline Construction Consultancy with offices across Asia and Europe. They have a long term relationships with many of their clients and successfully delivered projects across all industries from Industrial to Hospitality.
We have a successful long term relationship with this client which over the years has seen us place a number of key players into the organization.
Due to this continued success, we are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager with a strong focus on the pre construction process to run a New Build, Mixed Use development in Vietnam.
As the successful applicant, you will, amongst other duties, establish a Project Management team, have a heavy involvement in design tendering ????? ????? on process implementation.
You will also have experience in leading multi cultural teams, excellent client liaison skills and a proven record of successfully delivering ????? ????? use developments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Qualified in a Construction or Engineering ????? ?????
10 years min exp in reputable Project management consultancy
Excellent organizational, programme and planning management skills
A through knowledge of the lifecycle of a project from conception to completion
