The dynamic US based design corporation is the expert for design & construction of corporate offices. They are very professional in space planning, interior design and project management. Their focus is commercial interiors, and they service a large number of high-end clients.
 
They are looking for an experience senior designer to take their Regional Manager role to look after 2 offices in Shanghai. You will have 30 – 40 subordinates, therefore strong management skills are essential. You need to keep good contact with government to help get project approvals & keep good relations with clients as well.
 
Skills/Qualifications:
·         Interior Design degree or architectural degree
·         10 – 20 years’ interior design experience or architectural experience esp. in commercial office design & space planning
·         Excellent presentation skills
·         Computer skills, eg AutoCAD
·         Strong management skills
·         Hand-sketching proficiency
·         Proficient English & Chinese
·         Chinese work experience is a must
·         Ability to liaise with clients
·         Management and leadership skills
