Here, you will lead and manage a team of professionals in the design and implementation of projects (esp. residential development) in China. Duties will include working closely with Singapore HQ Architects in design development, liaise with local design institute, authorities, presentation to clients, co-ordination with the different professionals, preparation of tender documents and supervision of work under construction.

Requirements

1) Possess a degree in architecture from a recognized university or institute. Proficiency in IT skill esp. AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office etc.

2) About 8 years experience in a similar role in China will be an advantage

3) Willing to work and live in China

4) Strong leadership quality

5) Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

6) Ability to converse, read and write in Chinese

7) Willingness to be based in Southern China cities such as Guangzhou
