One of the world’s most successful design consultancy cooperation is looking for several
PRC Class 1 Registered Architects. The company has around 40 staff in China & most of their clients are international ones.
Responsibilities:- Preparation of conceptual and basic engineering packages;
- Monitor and supervision of detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;
- Coordination with client and other third parties;
- Support of procurement activities;
- Field engineering support;
- Support of cost estimate for total investment.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
- 3-10 years’ relevant experience;
- Class 1 registered license;
- Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code;
- Knowledge of green building and energy efficiency design;
- Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program;
- A good working knowledge of English & mandarin;
- Also able to act as PM for small & middle sized projects
