On this job, you will be the head or the deputy head of the urban planning department, in which there are 6 excellent planners at present. You will be managing your internal team, meeting clients, doing presentation and sometime you also need to do some business development work to bring in projects.

Requirements:
·         13 - 20 years urban plan/design/master plan experience
·         International MBA or of similar or above degree
·         Project experience of large master planning
·         Extremely strong technical skills
·         Dedicated team worker
·         Great inter €“ personal skills
·         Fluent English & Chinese language skills
·         Strong management skills
·         Detail oriented
·         Familiar with China building codes
·         Familiar with Chinese market
