The company has had projects in China for many years and is now setting up a comprehensive office. It is seeking an exceptional design director to help set up the office and to build a team in China. Support will be provided from head office in the US.
 
Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or above. US architecture degree is a plus.
·         10 – 20 years’ relevant work experience in big multinational architecture firms
·         Good understanding of both Chinese and Western culture
·         Excellent client skills
·         Strong management skills
·         Self–motivated and able to work under pressure
