This is a very senior role. Once taken on, you will have direct access to the Company Chairman and will help shape their development in Beijing, PRC. You will run your own department and will develop your own business. Opportunities such as these are rare and should not be missed

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience handling tendering ????? ?????
• Come from a technical back round but have moved on to manage projects
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Capable of facing clients and selling projects
• Experience manage departments

If you have a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, marketing and estimations in the commercial market, this role will fit you.
