    Have you completed or are you in the process of completing your Microsoft qualifications?
    Do you have industry experience?
    Are you familiar with Networking, Video Codec’s, WAPs, and Microsoft Power Point?
    Do you enjoy direct client interaction?
     
    We have an opening for an IT technician to help us across a wide and varied section of the business. You could find yourself ghosting computers, installing software, helping clients on site with video codec and power point issues. You will also set up stand-alone networks for clients at remote locations and personally manage the movement of data around the network on a regular basis.

    This well established company has over 20 years trading history in the Computer Rental and Audio Visual Industry servicing corporate clients and is looking to expand its NSW Technical Team.

    Supported by a highly motivated team environment, you will be installing and configuring ????? ????? software, delivering ????? ????? equipment to/from our corporate clients, trouble-shooting, providing technical support & customer service, operating equipment for clients at exhibitions, events and conferences, as well as receiving on-the-job training in audio-visual technical duties.
     
    ESSENTIAL
    Very good general knowledge about computer-based technology is essential, as well as a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience. A valid (manual) drivers licence is also essential as you will be required to deliver and pickup equipment. Great customer service skills and reliability is a must. This position also requires you to have a flexible approach to out of hours work and overtime.
     
    PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
    An understanding of Audio Visual Technology also would be an advantage but not essential.
