Our company is a highly successful technological solutions provider that retains its position as the Major supplier of equipment in our field… GLOBALLY. Our well established Australian office is based in Artarmon and is responsible for the sale & distribution of our products throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and South East Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Due to growth and expansion an opportunity has been created for a Sales Administrator to join our small but dedicated team. This role is diverse with the primary responsibility being to assist the sales and production teams with administration, such as:
- Supporting the Sales Manager by fielding enquiries and generating quotations
- Supporting the Operations Manager by assisting with production administration
- Quantify and enter purchase orders into our production queue
- Communicating with various suppliers (local and international)
- Build relationships with our existing Clients
- General office administration
We are searching for a personable, enthusiastic candidate to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be required to take telephone and email sales enquiries from existing clients, make regular contact with our various suppliers, as well as perform basic administration duties. You will also learn to prepare quotations for a diverse range of technical products. Full training will be provided.
CANIDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a professional work ethic and be well presented, with clear concise communication skills both written and verbally. Due to our busy environment we are looking for a candidate who has the ability to think on their feet and work autonomously and cooperatively in a small group.
You must be familiar with Microsoft office products including Word and Outlook as a minimum.
A background in a sales and/or sales support from within the manufacturing ????? ????? be well regarded.
