The group is privately owned and has been in operation for over 15 years. Our Well Established Artarmon based Sydney office is responsible for the sale & distribution throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and South East Asia. RESPONSIBILITIES:
To fill a vacancy within our team we are looking to employ a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to assist with general office administration, assist the sales & operations team and eventually take over the responsibility for and management of some casino & non-casino customers. You will be developing existing relationships with Casino customers and our various Suppliers to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. You will be required to take telephone and email sales enquiries as well as perform basic administration duties. You will also learn to prepare quotations and raise purchase orders for a diverse range of gaming products.
CANIDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a well presented person with clear concise communication skills, both written and verbally. We are looking for an easy-going but professional person who has the ability to work cooperatively in a small group. You are familiar with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum. A background in a sales and/or sales support role working for a manufacturer will be well regarded. An understanding and familiarity of casino equipment (especially table games equipment), will also be highly regarded. You are a keen motivated individual who is capable of working autonomously.
