Customer Service Inbound, Permanent - Arndell Park

  • Are you looking for a customer service position?  Do you have a minimum of 2 years local call ????? ??????  Do you have your own transport?
     
    This organisation, a leader in their industry, needs your Customer Service expertise to handle high volume inbound calls. You will also be required to make some outbound calls to confirm customer details, convert inbound sales enquiries, up sell and cross sell products. There is no cold calling!  
     
    As the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will need:
    • A strong customer service background - Minimum 2 years local Call ????? ?????
    • Outstanding organisation and time management skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong work ethic
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Own transport A MUST!
     
    Working Hours:
     
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
    • Thursday 10.00am - 6.00pm
    • Must be able to work to Public Holidays throughout the year
     
    PLEASE NOTE: Training for this position runs from 10.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Thursday for approx 4 - 6 weeks.
