Customer Service/All Rounder

  • Hytec provides services to the print industry. This fast moving business requires an experienced, switched on person to be part of our business administration team with emphasis on customer service.

    The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with significant proficiency in the use of computers. Attention to detail, analytical approach to trouble shooting and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities are highly desired attributes. Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
     
    The work is varied, involved in all aspects of the business including, reception, phone reception, contribution to our MIS, assisting with administration and liaising with clients, sales, production and suppliers.
     
    Our minimum need is for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.
     
    We are looking for a high level of competence in the appointee and will negotiate based on the above requirement. Would possibly suit a skilled contributor with school age children.
