One of Melbourne's best known and most distinguished brands is looking for an experienced Trust Account Operator to maintain both their sales and rental trust accounts.

Predomoninantely supporting the sales teams, and providing trust account administration for four offices, this very important role will keep you busy!

Processing high volumes and ensuring ????? ????? transactions are executed seamlessly through to settlement, it is envisaged that you will be able to demonstrate competency in expertly interpreting sales authorities and conditions, prioritising and multi-tasking whilst operating efficiently and accurately.

Experience with GPS and or RP Data / Macpro Office Manager is highly desirable, as is Agent Representative Certificate.
