Sunnyfield has become one of the largest and most progressive disability service providers in NSW, with over 1500 services provided for people with disabilities and their families.

An exciting role within Sunnyfield has become available, to manage and lead their Clinical Services Team.

The Role:

• Managing a small team with the vision to increase
• Sits within the corporate services division
• Focusing on managing and responding to the day to day issues relating to clinical service provision across organisational divisions of Sunnyfield
• Responsible for a small clinical caseload
• Coordinating and monitoring ????? ????? of external professional and corporate service providers within the clinical services field
• To develop, mentor and or to arrange for professional external mentoring, in a team of professional clinicians
• To implement and provide strategic and operational support in a manner that is person centred.

The Person:

• You will have an in-depth understanding of positive behaviour support
• Extensive experience within the disability industry
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role or management background
• Case management and or clinical services experience
• The ability to provide training and development to other professionals
• A tertiary qualification in psychology, developmental disability, rehabilitation, welfare or a related field.
• An Advanced diploma of Community Service Management or a commitment to participate in a advanced diploma offered by the organisation
