Living Waters Lutheran School is a double streamed T-6 school with 360 enrolled students. It is located at the foot of Mount Gillen in the picturesque MacDonnell Ranges, 6km west of Alice Springs CBD. This is a challenging leadership position in a highly regarded Lutheran School in Alice Springs. Salary range is $123,000 - $128,000. The Principal will, in conjunction with the leadership team, administer the school in accordance with its mission, ministry, and stated aims. The Principal will have school leadership experience, a keen interest in Indigenous Education, have vision and an ability to inspire others and be able to manage change in a cross cultural environment. The Principal will motivate, mentor, and manage a team of highly dedicated staff, represent and promote the School and work with the wider community. Salary packaging, remote bonus payments and relocation assistance are available; further employment conditions are set out in the LSA/SALPPA (??) ???? ???? Agreement.
