The primary aim of this fresh new program is to assist offenders leaving detention to reintegrate into the community with a focus on life skills, tenancy, training and employment support.

In this role you will be working autonomously to develop the program with a client focused, strengths based approach to case management.

Ideally the successful applicant will have:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of four years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain community services networks and partnerships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Current Drivers License
