Leading  International Freight Forwarder and Logistics provider seeking a bright and enthusiastic person with relevant local export ocean experience to join fast growing export oceanfreight department with a focus on excellent customer support.

ABOUT THE JOB
 

You will be handling the daily operations of Ocean Exports which will include:-

• Taking Bookings
• Arranging Cartage
• Lodging paper work with carriers and various authorities
• You will be responsible for arranging packing of
• consolidation containers
• You will provide Export Documentation including Invoicing and Job Costing
• You will be confident to deal with customers on a regular basis with sound English communication skills whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times
• You will have responsibility for the data entry of all relevant paperwork associated with export shipments
• Relevant training will be provided to suited applicant

                              

ABOUT YOU

  You have sound computer and communication skills that can transfer into this exciting and fast growing industry.

• You have local experience with Ocean Export procedures, understanding local doc requirements and authority lodgements 
• You must be able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You have excellent customer service skills
• You are eager to learn about the business and develop your skills
