Our client is a boutique Occupational Rehabilitation Provider, experiencing considerable success in a competitive marketplace. Opportunity for a dynamic Allied Health professional to join the team in an Team Leader capacity now exists.

Reporting to the dynamic Operations Manager, the primary responsibilities of your role will include:

• Recruitment, training & performance management of a team of six FT physical consultants (plus contractors)
• Lead by example with effective caseload management
• Ensure all activities are performed within WorkCover legislative guidelines & organisational QA policies
• Continual liaison with fellow Managers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

• Allied Health Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Injury Management experience
• A strong commercial focus & demonstrated ability to achieve business targets
• Comprehensive understanding of NSW WorkCover, Self Insurance & Comcare legislation
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Excellent interpersonal & relationship-building ability
