Do you love administration? Do you love taking control? Are you super-organised? Are you highly accurate?
If you have hands-on experience organizing and taking control of a small company's total office administrative requirements & functions, then let's talk!
You will have advanced computer skills, especially MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry in Access. You have experience working with CRM databases such as ACT!, Maximizer, or similar. You are internet savvy, comfortable with modern technology, & know how to troubleshoot day-to-day computer "gliches". You have performed and understand basic bookkeeping preparation to support our accounts people. You are a practical thinker who will do what it takes to get the job done.
Our office is a small sales & operations environment. The quotes have to get out, look great, and no mistakes. You will support our sales team by preparing and finishing quotes, conducting research, and tracking sales figures. You will support our operations team by maintaining job schedules, and placing orders.
Needless to say you can multi-task, have a great phone manner, and you get on with fellow staff & clients.
