A Well known and established organisation located in the Eastern Suburbs seeks a passionate mature Office Administrator to join their fun and dynamic team on either a full or part time bases.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the office.
The successful applicant must also possess
· Exceptional communication, organisational and presentation skills.
· An ability to handle MYOB, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel skills
· Meet and greet clients
· Data entry
· Answering phone calls
· Managing diary bookings for consultations
· Processing of orders
· Provide a professional level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction each and every time
· Be able to work autonomously with minimal or no supervision
· A Team player
The individual must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude, be self confident, well presented and have a good eye for detail. An attractive salary package awaits the successful applicant.
