An opportunity has opened up to join our team in the part-time role of Member Service Officer located between our Bandiana and Bonegilla branches. Defcredit is one of Australia’s larger credit unions, with a large branch network across Australia. Defcredit offer financial services to members of Australia’s Defence Force and we pride ourselves on providing excellent professional and personal service.

We are looking for an energetic, customer focused individual, who will strive to exceed our member's expectations. Your role will involve providing information on our products and services to our members, and looking for opportunities to cross-sell to deliver solutions that meet the member’s needs.

To be successful, you will have:

• The ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
• Self-motivation with the ability to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Flexibility to work additional hours is required
• Prior experience in a banking, sales, or customer service environment will be well regarded.

The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours during ????? ????? four weeks of employment for induction training purposes.

Defcredit can offer you:

• A 10 month contract
• An hourly rate of $19.75 ($43,227 Pkg pro-rata)
• Minimum 16 hours per week with the flexibility to work additional hours
