Our client is a highly recognizable organization - the peak industry body within the industry it represents - continually striving for excellence in everything they do. Due to continued development of their educational programs, they are seeking the services of an experienced RTO Coordinator and Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team in Brisbane.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Professional Development and Training (MPDT), this role encompasses many different aspects of what is required to successfully coordinate all aspects of RTO activities. With new offices in Albion with good access to public transport, OSP at the door and an open plan office that invites open discussion and continual support and assistance from colleagues, this role is for someone who thrives in a team environment, however also loves to have autonomy and the ability to work freely.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include, however are not limited to:
- Provide support to the MPDT on all aspects of RTO operations and ensure the parameters set by the AQTF are met
- Facilitation of compliance training for in-house participants
- Management of compliance audit requirements
- Maintain student records to meet compliance requirements
- Maintenance of courseware including uploading and updating course materials
- Administration and co-facilitation of virtual classroom sessions
- Administration of online discussion sessions
- Administer student assessment
- Assist MPDT in design of student assessment
- Provide support and assistance to MPDT as required
Minimum requirements for this position include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), experience in delivering ????? ????? an online environment, highly developed computer skills and most importantly, knowledge of the Australian national training environment including the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and the operational requirements of an RTO. A background in customs brokerage, trade or financial operations will be looked upon favorably.
