Administration Assistant / Receptionist

  • This successful and dynamic organisation is looking for their new director of the front office at Airlie Beach - a receptionist/administrative assistant who can be responsible for the following duties with flair:

    • Answer and screen all calls and general enquiries
    • Meet and greet visitors
    • Maintain reception area
    • Manage internal databases, contact lists and archives
    • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Maintaining inventory and ordering ????? ????? supplies
    • Handle all petty cash functions and disbursement and end-of-month balance
    • Provide secretarial support to the team as required

    This role is within an exciting business that will lead you into a direction of endless opportunities, whilst working within an energetic and professional team.  To be successful, you will have well developed written and oral communication skills, good organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. You will have the demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and the flexibility to work as a member of a team to meet team objectives. Immaculate presentation is essential. Intermediate MS Office skills and Internet Explorer highly regarded.
