City Refrigeration Holdings (UK) Ltd, one of Europe’s largest privately owned facilities management companies, is establishing a substantial presence in Australia, in partnership with Coles Supermarkets, and has set up a subsidiary company, City Facilities Management (Aus) Pty Ltd. We are now recruiting a number of Executives and specialists in this field.
We are seeking a motivated, passionate and experienced individual, to work as a Zone Cleaning Manager in SA/NT. Based in the Adelaide and reporting to the Director of City Facilities Management, you will take responsibility for multi-site management of the cleaning contractors to Coles. You will actively engage in change management, driving cleaning standards, productivity and challenging costs of doing business. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will see you effectively manage your team, always bringing out their best. Key to this role will be successful stakeholder management, achieved through your ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in retail cleaning management, at a state level, and/or multi-site retail management, ideally within a corporate environment. A sound understanding of ER and IR principals will be held in high regard. With a creative approach to problem solving, and an analytical mind, you approach business issues in a logical and innovative light. Your commercial acumen, customer focus and professionalism will be critical to your success.
A current drivers licence and flexibility for extensive travel, are essential for this role.
