Internal Communication Manager
The Internal Communication Manager, Major Development Projects (MDP) reports to the Group Manager, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. As part of a team of expert service providers to MDP, you will provide strategic and practical internal communication solutions for the group.
MDP delivers its services to its projects within a principle based matrix service model, therefore your ability to work collaboratively across both the service and project environments will be highly valued.
The role also has strong linkages with the Adelaide Corporate Communication team, as well as the broader Origin-wide Internal Communication team, ensuring ????? ????? for MDP is of a high quality and draws on the strengths of the broader Origin communications community.
You will thrive in this challenging, dynamic and complex environment and be able to quickly grasp the complexities of the MDP and Origin business environment and deliver professional communication materials to a wide range of audiences geographically dispersed. The ability to develop, implement, measure and advise on best practice communication strategies will be essential to your success.
As a seasoned Communication professional, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your passion and commitment as well as your ability to work as part of a broader team, develop internal communication strategies, manage the overall communication and change frameworks/strategies in a complex and multi-dimensional environment. Experience in change management and introducing process and structure changes is essential.
Relevant tertiary qualifications is preferred. The position is based in Adelaide with interstate travel as required.
