Growthof the live sheep division within Wellard Rural Exports has created a senioremployment opportunity within Australias leading livestock exporter.Our live sheep export preparation facility south of Perth provides thespringboard for our global exporting operations. The Depot Manager will berequired to oversee the management of the facility and its staff, includinglogistics, maintenance, animal husbandry and compliance with live exportprotocols to ensure it continues to be a showpiece for the Wellard group.The ideal candidate will be of good character and have strong leadership andpeople management skills. Previous feedlot employment history in sheep orcattle is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in improving animalwelfare and progressive outlook will be highly regarded.Salary and benefits commensurate with the applicants experience and abilitywill be offered to the right candidate for the role.Based in Perth, WA, Wellard sources and exports livestock from aroundAustralia and is committed to the development of a sustainable livestockexport business.
