Due to growth, there is presently an outstanding opening for a Senior Mineralogist to be based in Adelaide. Reporting directly to the Mineralogy Manager, first and foremost this multi-faceted role will suit a highly experienced and skilled QEMSCAN champion. Your expertise will encompass all facets including measurement, particle processing and reporting, as well as SIP development.

This role will suit a strong communicator (both written and verbal) who is confident liaising directly with key clients. Quote preparation, report writing and result interpretation will all be part of your role, so your ability to focus and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously will be paramount. Understanding your clients needs, you will look for opportunities to expand the range of services you provide.

With a team of Technicians working with you, you must be team-focused and have the ability to lead people in pressured situations against tight deadlines. Urgency, attention to detail and a strong, safety focused work ethic will be key. Mineral Liberation Analysis (MLA) knowledge will place you in a position of distinct advantage in addition to your tertiary qualifications in Geology or another related discipline.
