Our client is a Welding Equipment business going through an exciting period of growth and success. Having recently won major long term contracts they are now in the position to expand their team and improve on an already well regarded reputation for customer service and delivery. With Adelaide being the site of some major construction and development projects this paints a picture of a promising climate for a business that supplies the welding equipment and accessories that makes those projects happen. The Adelaide business is a small tight knit team but they have a great attitude and "get on with the job" in what is a fast paced environment.

A Stores Manager is required for the management of the large range of inventory, internal sales and application of SAP inventory systems through the existing processes. With normal working hours the key to success in this role will be time management, inventory control and the ability to deliver great service to the customer. You will manage all this as well as another team member and it will be your responsibility that orders are filled and the stock is available.

An eye for detail and the technical ability to use the SAP inventory system is crucial. The fast paced environment requires someone able to think on their feet but be able to have an organised system that allows smooth operation of the business. You must have experience in the following:

* Inventory management systems, ideally SAP
* High level of technical ability
* Stock control, inventory or warehouse management
* Customer service experience in a supply environment

Also highly regard will be any of the following:

* Trades experience specifically as a fitter or welder
* Previous employment in a similar industry or company
* Knowledge of welding equipment
