On offer is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join one of Adelaide's boutique law firms.
As the newest member to the firms dynamic property practice, the successful candidate will join a group of high calibre professionals, whilst working on a broad spectrum of challenging and interesting property matters for a varied clientele. This role will also see you play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising junior lawyers of the team; as well as helping to build the practice. The team which you will join specialises in the areas of:
- Acquisitions and sales
- Development and construction projects
- Due diligence investigations, advice and reports
- Environment and planning
- Land division
- Tendering, and
- Water rights
In order to be considered for this excellent opportunity, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 5 to 10 years PQE with at least a small portable practice, strong academics, a proven team and autonomous approach, a keen interest in developing a career in this area of law, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
