At present, an exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Commercial Lawyer with finance experience to play a pivotal role in our clients thriving Adelaide practice.
As the newest member to the firms energetic corporate team, whilst servicing a varied and large clientele, the successful candidate will be responsible for working on a wide range corporate / commercial matters, specifically pertaining to compliance, financial services, private equity and Corporations Act advisory matters.
Our client is noted for encompassing a truly supportive, close-knit and friendly environment whereby members of the firm are encouraged to socialise regularly through weekly team lunches and Friday night drinks. The firm also has a summer touch football team; corporate triathlon team and involvement in inter-firm golf challenges; as well as annual weekend retreats. Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package.
In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity, the successful candidate will ideally possess
- At least 8+ years PQE acting on compliance, financial services, private equity and Corporations Act advisory matters
- Strong academics
- Excellent communication and drafting skills with a high attention to detail
- Solid client relationship skills; and
- Proven leadership attributes
