National Technical Advisor
EL2.1 –Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney
$106,439 – $120,675 (plus superannuation)

- Are you a skilled strategist?
- Can you litigate complex cases?
You’ll provide expert advice to operational staff and senior management on debt recovery matters as well as litigate the most complex or strategic cases. Identifying new strategies or amending legislation, you’ll improve collection processes and reduce recovery costs, provide technical and tactical direction to staff plus prepare legal documents.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to apply knowledge practically to resolve complex or contentious policy or litigation issues. Knowledge of insolvency law and the policies that support those laws as well as an ability to focus strategically are essential.
