Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Advisor/Director to play a pivotal role in their Adelaide in-house legal team.
About the role: As the newest Senior Advisor, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for providing solid employment law advice and representation to our client on a wide array of matters, including
- The termination of employment
- Dispute resolution
- EEO
- Enterprise bargaining
- General employment law matters; and
- Compliance to the Fair Work Act
About you: Our client is ideally seeking candidates who possess
- At least 5 years employment law experience gained from a premier law firm or in-house organisation
- Exposure to the construction industry will be highly regarded, however it is not essential
- Exceptional communication, technical and drafting skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Solid leadership attributes; as well as
- A strong passion for workplace relations law
