At present, the firm is currently seeking for a hard-working and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join their thriving team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lawyer who is ready to make their mark in the law with a firm that is set to go places!
In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide array of interesting and challenging corporate matters, including M&A and advisory. The majority of work which you will be involved with will be of an international nature for a large clientele with a focus on the international hospitality industry and infrastructure.
In order to secure this great role, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 3 to 5 years PQE in corporate law gained from a leading law firm. You will have exceptional communication and drafting skills, a proven ability to develop and maintain solid client relationships, strong academics, as well as a proven team and autonomous approach.
