Our client are looking for an experienced Commercial lawyer who has had a broad exposure to commercial work, the commercial and Corporate team covers
- Litigation,
- Licensing,
- Insolvency,
- General commercial transactions,
- Corporate structure advice,
- Trade practice Law
- Wills and Estates work.
The firm is particularly keen to develop its corporate advisory and commercial transactions expertise with the addition of another senior lawyer.
