On offer is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join one of Adelaide's leading commercial law practices. The firm has built an impressive client base on an national and international scale, comprising of corporate, business and semi-government enterprises; and high net worth families.
In this role, the successful candidate will join the firms thriving construction practice which is made up of a group of highly knowledgeable and respected professionals in their fields. Working for developers, engineers and contractors; this role will see you involved with a broad spectrum of construction matters, with a significant back-end component on matters pertaining to
- Power Plants
- Defective work claims
- Refurbishment, and
- Infrastructure
In this role, the successful candidate will be working closely with the practice's construction Partner on existing client work, however candidates who can bring a portable practice will be highly regarded.
In order to qualify for this outstanding opportunity, the successful candidate will ideally possess at least 6 years PQE working on construction law matters, exceptional communication and drafting skills, leadership and team skills, strong academics, and proven client management skills.
